    ORGANIC COTTON

    The textile industry's share of environmental pollution and climate impact is enormous. That is why we focus on sustainable materials. For our fabrics we only use cotton from controlled organic cultivation (organic cotton). The water consumption in cultivation is significantly lower than with conventional plants. Chemical pesticides and genetic engineering are banned.

     

    GO GREEN!

    A large part of the global emissions are caused by the transport industry. As a mail order company, we are therefore responsible. That's why we now ship climate-neutrally as standard with DHL GoGreen - all emissions are calculated and compensated according to international standards!

     

    PLASTICS? BYE BYE!

    Packaging protects our products during transport and keeps them hygienic - we can't send anything without it.

    What we can try to do is to keep the impact of packaging on our environment as low as possible. The plastic bags used by Fidella® so far are gradually being replaced by recyclable cardboard boxes. For less plastic waste and environmental damage.

     

    NOTHING GETS WASTE HERE!

    One problem of online trading with massive environmental impact is the high volume of returns. With rental products and test packages we want to make it easier for our customers to find the right product from the start. If returns do occur, Fidella® does not destroy them but reprocesses them and offers them as second choice articles at a reduced price.

    SUSTAINABILITY IN EVERYDAY LIFE

    A lot of things are done purely digitally at Fidella®, however we cannot manage completely without printed paper. For legal reasons alone, our products must be supplemented by carrying instructions with safety warnings. In order to compensate for the resulting ecological footprint in the best possible way, we use recycled paper (Blue Angel, FSC) and climate-neutral print production in most cases. The certified provider ClimatePartner reliably compensates for the CO2 emissions generated during printing.
